We use personal data for the requirements of our contractual fulfilment, e.g. delivery of ordered goods or services that you commission us to provide.

In addition, we would like to inform you that data protection is our top priority, which is why we do not use any so-called “social media”, i.e. we do not communicate with you via Facebook or so-called mass messengers (Whatsapp, Instagram, etc.) in order to optimally protect your and our data.
5 What data we use and why
5.1 Hosting
The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating the website.
In doing so, we or our hosting provider process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this website on the basis of our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR. 5.2 Access data
Our internet service provider automatically collects anonymous information about your usage behaviour and your interaction with us and registers data about your computer or mobile device. It collects, stores and uses data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). The access data includes

It uses this log data without allocation to your person or other profiling for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of our website, but also to anonymously record the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and type of use of our website and services, as well as for billing purposes to measure the number of clicks received from cooperation partners. Based on this information, we can analyse the data traffic, search for and rectify errors and improve our services.
This is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR.
We reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence. Our Internet service provider stores IP addresses in the log files for a limited period of time if this is necessary for security purposes or for the provision or billing of a service. We also store IP addresses if we have a concrete suspicion of a criminal offence in connection with the use of our website.
5.3 Data for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations
When you place an order with us, we process personal data that we require to fulfil our contractual obligations, such as your name, address, email address, billing and payment details. The collection of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
The data is deleted after the warranty periods and statutory retention periods have expired.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR, as this data is required so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.
5.4 E-mail contact
When you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), we process your data to process the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
If the data processing is carried out to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract or, if you are already our customer, to fulfil the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b GDPR.
We only process other personal data if you consent to this (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a, GDPR) or if we have a legitimate interest in processing your data (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR. A legitimate interest lies, for example, in responding to your e-mail.
